Why a lesson like this? – To show that a lot of ministers who preside over congregations have lost focus as to their purpose
Malachi 3: 8
The Lord is talking individuals here, but I am putting this on a wider scale
Some ministers instead of using the tithes and offerings for the Lord’s work use it for their own personal enhancements. They have two or three houses, fleet of vehicles, yachts, private jets and other luxuries.
Isaiah 56: 9, 10 hold your spot
These are not literal beasts but ministers, notice it says whose watchmen are blind. Whose watchmen? Let’s find out.
2 Corinthians 11: 4, 13 – 15
These are Satan’s blind watchmen and women posing as ministers of God.
Isaiah 56: 10 – 12
It is all about the money for these ministers, reports have come back after these huge crusades they hold where the air has turned blue backstage as they argue who is to get the greater share of the money generated.
Ezekiel 34: 1 – 2, 3,4, 18 – 19
The Lord is asking the question, should not the shepherd feed the flock?
But this is what they do instead. They kill the ones that are fed, those who start reading for themselves and gain some knowledge and recognize the lies that are being told in the name of the Lord, these ministers defame them and put them out of the church. The ministers themselves knows what thus saith the Lord yet they teach the people contrary
Micah 3: 5, 6, 11
For those people who haven’t got the money to give these greedy ministers then they disgrace them. The Lord has taken his word away from them, it is hidden from them, greed has blinded their eyes. They rob the people in the name of the Lord Jesus and then have the audacity to ask, is not the Lord among us – No He is not! Let us show you.
Ezekiel 22: 23, 25 – 27
Be honest, does your pastors read this to you in the regular church? Do they tell you we have to keep the laws, the commandments and statutes, can they tell you the difference between the holy and the profane, do they teach you the biblical definition of sin, do they teach you the dietary laws, can they tell you from the scriptures what day is the Lord’s Sabbath day, do they teach you the additional seven Sabbath days we must keep as outlined by the Lord? – N0
It’s all about stature and dishonest gain, that is why Jesus made this statement
John 10: 7 – 10
These are these ministers
Matthew 21: 12 – 13
When Jesus took up his ministry this is what was blatantly going on in the church!
Psalm 69: 9
The zeal of the father for his church burned in Christ so let’s see what he did
John 2: 13 – 17
This was at the time for the Lord’s Passover to be celebrated and he came into the temple and saw all this moneymaking going on, so he made a whip from cords and drove them all out. Do we have that sort of zeal today as Jesus did for his fathers, House or are we become collaborators?
Jeremiah 7: 8 – 11
The Lord said he has seen it. Let us see what Jesus warned us of
Matthew 24: 1 – 3, 4 – 5, 11
This happened in 70AD. He is telling us to be wary of the ministers, this is happening at large right now. They didn’t just pop up in our time, they were in the days of Peter and the apostles.
2 Peter 2: 1 – 3, 14 – 15, 18 – 19, 17
They with feigned words make merchandise of you, they learn a few Greek and Hebrew words to sound clever but what they are after is their summer houses abroad and their next sports car. Our senior pastor always says of these pastors to enjoy every penny because you will pay for it for all eternity in the lake of fire. Now there are those who say we shouldn’t speak like this because we are judging – lets see what the book says
1 Corinthians 5: 9 – 13
The apostle Paul writes to judge those who are within the church if they are living contrary to what thus says the Lord and don’t keep company with such a one. Those outside the church God will judge
Colossians 2: 7, 8
Pay attention to verse 8: and not after Christ teaching.
1 Timothy 6: 3 – 5
Notice what is said; supposing that gain Godliness, from such people remove yourself. Look we are not trying to boycott the ministers because the Lord had this written
Deuteronomy 25: 4
What does this mean? Let the apostle Paul expound on this a little further
1 Timothy 5: 1, 17 – 18
The laborer is worthy of his reward. Paul is quoting Jesus here, let’s look at it.
Luke 10: 1, 5 – 7
So yes, if the minister is teaching what thus saith the Lord and has no means of income, then he is right to eat out of the ministry. On the flipside if he is not teaching what thus says the Lord, the question is asked
Isaiah 55: 2, 1
This wine and milk are the words of God, He said come without money, he said you don’t have to pay for salvation for it is free. Let’s see what Jesus said to the apostles
Matthew 10: 1, 5, 7 – 8
Freely you have received, freely give.
1 Timothy 3: 1 – 8
And not be greedy for money
Titus 1: 7 – 8 Hold your spot and let us see what makes us holy
Romans 7: 12
The law is holy, the commandment holy, just and good so if we throw away the laws, we cannot be a holy people.
Titus 1: 8 – 11
We need sound doctrine to put to death corrupt teachings of ministers who are destroying their congregations because of money. Many of these are of our people Israel whose mouths must be stopped.
1 Peter 5: 1 – 2
Feed the flock/congregations of God, not for money, but with a willing and of a ready mind
Revelation 22: 12
Here at the Israel of God, none of our pastors get paid because when the Lord comes if we remain faithful then will we get our reward.
In the time of Daniel, the prophet Belshazzar the Babylonian king crossed the Lord so the Lord had an angel write in the plaster of the wall a message which none of the king’s wise people could read until they sent for Daniel. He promised Daniel gifts and rewards. Let’s see what the man of God said
Daniel 5: 17
Let thy gifts be to thyself and give thy rewards to another!
